Workplace NL Fall Protection (2-Day)
This course follows the federal regulations of Canada and the requirements to comply with the current CSA/ANSI standards and the Newfoundland & Labrador's Acts and Regulations in fall protection.
We will:
- Introduce principles of protection and the prevention of a fall
- The types of fall protection systems
- Guidance on appropriate use of each Fall Protection System
- Ensure Students participate in full inspections of 12 pieces of equipment
- Ensure the completion of calculations and case studies by each student
- Demonstrate and Practice the proper use of all equipment during practical exercises

This is a 1-day course designed to provide the knowledge and skills required to operate the equipment safely and competently.
Pre-Requisite: Fall Protection
We will:
- Provide operators with the appropriate skills and knowledge to demonstrate a competent and safe operation of the equipment.
- Break down the overall objective into numerous secondary objectives that are necessary, to reach the final objectives of qualification as a life operator.

This is a 1-day course designed to provide new and experienced operators with the knowledge and skills to safely operate a forklift.
We will:
- Provide new operators with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely operate a forklift.
- Provide experienced operators with opportunity to advance their knowledge and skills, making them a better operator.
- Show the different ways to reduce the risk of injury.
